Great-Tasting Options and Recipes from EnerHealth

Add ONE TABLESPOON of EnerFood To:
  • 1 cup of apple juice.
  • 1 cup of apple juice, rice milk, almond milk or soy milk (or a combination of these liquids).
  • 1/2 banana, 3 to 4 organic strawberries and 1/8 cup of blueberries and blend in blender.
  • 1/2 cup of plain Kefir, 1/2 cup of pomegranite juice, 3 to 4 organic strawberries, and 1/4 cup of blueberries and blend in blender.
  • Mix with 1 cup of plain yogurt. Sweeten to taste with stevia or agave nectar.
  • Or use milk for a milk shake.

Other additives that can be used are:
  • Ground flaxseeds or flaxmeal (1 tablespoon).
  • Whey, hemp or soy protein powders (1 tablespoon).
  • Flax or hemp seed oil (1/3 teaspoon).
  • Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon).
  • Coconut powder (1 tablespoon).
  • Organic chocolate.
  • Shredded coconut (1 tablespoon).

Sure Smoothie
  • 1 tablespoon EnerFood.
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder (we recommend hemp or rice).
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds (freshly ground if possible).
  • 1 pear (or 1 frozen banana).
  • 8 ounces organic apple juice.
  • 8 ounces of pure water.
  • Add ice cubes and blend to desired temperature and texture.

Coco Verde Smoothie
  • 1 tablespoon Enerfood.
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder (we recommend hemp or rice).
  • 1 tablespoon EnerHealth Coconut Powder.
  • 1 cup of frozen fruit.
  • 8 ounces organic apple juice.
  • 8 ounces of pure water.
  • Add ice cubes and blend to desired temperature and texture.

Chocolate Shake Smoothie
  • 1 cup of milk or milk substitute such as rice milk, almond milk, or oat milk.
  • 1 tablespoon of organic chocolate.
  • Handful of frozen or fresh fruit such as strawberries (optional if using chocolate).
  • Agave nectar or honey as sweetner.
  • Blend to texture desired.
